A Woman led travel Company specializing in authentic cultural and heritage experiences in Nepal, especially Bhaktapur, combined with customized tours, trekking and adventure travel.

I am Urmila Jadhari, Founder and Managing Director of Nepal In Style Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd., based in Bhaktapur, Nepal, which I established in 2015. Born and raised in Bhaktapur, I developed a deep passion for its rich culture and heritage, which led me into the travel industry. With nearly 8 years of experience in tour operations, itinerary planning, and guiding, I have built strong expertise in creating meaningful and personalized travel experiences.

Through Nepal In Style, I am dedicated to promoting authentic cultural and experiential journeys across Nepal with a focus on sustainable and responsible tourism that connects travelers with local life and traditions.
